Refund policy

New and unworn earrings & accessories, except customized, are returnable for a full refund within 7 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please send an email to simplybyshayla@yahoo.com to initiate a return. Refund to your original payment method will be issued once your return is received and processed which may take up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday). 

T-Shirts & Sweatshirts are made to order, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us by email (simplybyshayla@yahoo.com) within 7 days if you have any problems with your order and we will work with you to find a solution.
